Skongk - The Skunk Ape

Deep in the swamps of Florida, there is said to be a creature unlike any other.

Looks like an ape, yet its fur color is like that of a skunk.
The Skunk Ape.

Anyone who can prove its existance will become incredibly famous.
They must be careful, the Skunk Ape is said to be powerful...
and stinky.

As Skongk, the Skunk Ape, knock away all the humans who have invaded your territority, keen on using you for fame.
Use your ape strength to knock away those in front of you. Doing so will fill a power bar that allows you to do a skunk spray to get those behind you.
Be warned though; some of the people have tranquilizers. Get hit too many times, and you'll fall asleep, ending the game.

See how high a score you can get; it will get saved when the game ends.

Controls:
WASD - Move
J - Punch
K - Back Blast (need 3 filled power bar units)

This is my entry for the Cryptid Jam. The cryptid I chose is the Skunk Ape.
This is also my first time entering a game jam ever.
